Sluggish Strength with Dylan
Spinning class starts off badly. Feels very difficult to keep the heart rate up, and the legs feel tired too. I struggle on, mentally forcing myself to keep going. In the end, managed a satisfactory
162bpm average fo 37mins, with a final 30 secs sprint leading to
179bpm. Only managed that because I didn't stop for any breaks at all.
