  • Oh shoots.  Was supposed to go early to immigration this morning... but missed it.  Will try again tomorrow.  Need to get passport renewed.


     


    I have three week's of rest and rebuilding of base before racing again.


    15 May - Respeda, Selangor Malaysia, Cycling.
    23 May - SACA Road Race III, Singapore, Cycling - Time Trial Coastal
    30 May - Malakoff II, Lumut Perak, Duathlon (10-60-8km).


    Will not be going for Spin class this evening.  Instead, meeting KK (who is doing the class) for dinner.  Actually last evening after going for massage, I went for prata and met him there too.  How coincidental.
