This started with an event that happened on 13 May 2011.
Apparently someone called up to cancel his card (found this out later), and up till today, my mom's card has not been reinstated due to their fault.
13 May actual cancellation made by a call (no idea who, a couple of calls here and there confirmed my mom didn't cancel, and confirm I didn't unless I have serious memory lapse plus doing stuffs that I am not aware of)
27 May phone call to Citibank to clarify. They will check and call me back. No one called me back.
30 May visit to Citibank branch to clarify, after call didn't get me anywhere. Lady was very helpful but unfortunately without the power to help me. Managed to connect me to someone who will ACTUALLY check.
16 Jun phone call to Citibank to clarify. This time, there was more info (although I had to call - no one called me back). Someone by the name of Wong Ching Han (no relations to me nor my mother and the name is not my mom either) called up on 13 May, was told that he already had two cards, said he didn't and asked Citibank to cancel. Riiiiiight. I want someone to not only call me back but email me at my email.
20 Jun phone call to Citibank again. Nothing. Pls call me back AND email me.
21 Jun What's happening? Well.. someone did call me back, to say that he called back because I asked for this. Sorry, but there's no more info as the case is still pending. Pending what?
